The Twin Organic Cotton and Pure Grow Wool mattress is a step above our least expensive Rose mattress and it is one of our most popular models. This mattress is Euro-tufted using straps not buttons, and it comes in three firmness levels, firm (216 coils), extra firm (340 coils), and super firm (720 coils). The electrically neutral innersprings of this organic mattress are covered with layers of organic cotton padding, which are then wrapped in layers of organic cotton batting and Pure Grow wool tufted to a durable organic cotton ticking cover. This organic mattress goes with our 81 coil count boxspring, which is also covered in the same matching organic cotton ticking, which is from Germany.

Because this mattress is Euro-tufted, it has a softer sleeping surface than the quilted Rose mattress. Unless you really require it, we would suggest against the super firm level of firmness, because of potential issues with pressure points. One very good solution to any firmness issues you might have is to add an organic mattress topper from our large selection to make the sleeping surface softer, if it is required. Layering with organic mattress pads and toppers will solve almost any mattress comfort problem, so keep this in mind when you purchase one of these organic mattresses.
