Customer service responded to my queries almost immediately in a very helpful manner and their price on the big item purchased was amazing, almost 20% cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Even the made to order item arrived in little over a week. I have had two bad experiences with other stores selling high end eco friendly baby products recently. I am a bit late (maybe 7 or 8 months) but wanted to finally say THANK YOU.
